Mixsoon Hyaluronic Acid Toner Pad
Box Details:
Quantity Per Box: 20
Most toner pads make you choose: a rough side that exfoliates, or a soft side that soothes. Mixsoon's Hyaluronic Acid Toner Pad is dual-textured instead — a jelly-like fabric face for masking and a soft cotton gauze face for toning — and neither side is abrasive, because there is no acid in the essence at all. The soak is a pure hydration formula: three molecular forms of hyaluronic acid alongside glyceryl glucoside, erythritol, panthenol and a cooling agent, so the pad delivers water and comfort rather than resurfacing. That makes it the right pad for dehydrated, heat-stressed and sensitised skin, and a useful counterpoint on a shelf full of AHA and BHA pads.
Key Benefits
- Multi-weight hyaluronic acid hydration — hyaluronic acid, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate together address different depths of the skin's surface layers.
- Acid-free: no AHA, BHA or PHA, so it hydrates daily without the cumulative barrier stress that exfoliating pads can cause.
- Immediate cooling relief from methyl diisopropyl propionamide — a genuinely useful property after sun, heat or a long day outdoors in a hot climate.
- Barrier support and calming from panthenol (provitamin B5) and glyceryl glucoside, a natural-moisturising-factor booster.
- Antioxidant finish from tocopherol (vitamin E) and sunflower seed oil, with no heavy or greasy afterfeel.
- Two products in one: a wiping toner pad on the gauze side and a 5–10 minute mini sheet mask on the jelly side.
- Jar format — listed at 80 pads on Olive Young Global — giving strong cost per use and a clear repeat-purchase cycle.
When to Use
Morning or evening, straight after cleansing, in place of a liquid toner. Use the gauze side daily to sweep away cleanser residue and prime the skin; use the jelly side as a targeted mask two or three times a week, or whenever skin is tight, flushed, flaky or heat-stressed. It is a good recovery step after sun exposure, after flying, after shaving and on the nights you skip retinoids or acids. Because it contains no exfoliants, it can be used every day and safely alongside a separate active treatment applied afterwards.
How to Use
- Cleanse and pat the face lightly dry.
- Lift one pad with the supplied spatula or clean fingers — never bare wet hands into the jar.
- As a toner: turn the cotton gauze side to the skin and sweep gently outward across the face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
- As a mask: split or lay the pad jelly side down on cheeks, forehead, chin or any dry patch and leave for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove and pat the remaining essence into the skin rather than rinsing.
- Follow with serum and moisturiser, and sunscreen in the morning.
- Reseal the inner lid firmly so the remaining pads stay saturated.
Key Ingredients
- Hyaluronic Acid — the full-size humectant that holds water at the skin surface.
- Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid — a lower-molecular-weight fragment that settles into the upper layers more readily.
- Sodium Hyaluronate — the stable salt form, the most commonly used HA in Korean skincare.
- Glyceryl Glucoside — a glucose-glycerin humectant associated with supporting the skin's own moisture-handling.
- Panthenol (provitamin B5) — humectant and well-established soothing and barrier-supporting ingredient.
- Erythritol — a sugar alcohol humectant that adds a fresh, cool feel.
- Glycerin, Propanediol, Methylpropanediol and Butylene Glycol — the supporting humectant and solvent base that keeps the essence light and fast-absorbing.
- Methyl Diisopropyl Propionamide — a physiological cooling agent that creates the chilled sensation without menthol.
- Tocopherol (vitamin E) and Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil — antioxidant and lightly conditioning.
- Hydroxyacetophenone — antioxidant and preservative booster.
- 1,2-Hexanediol and Ethylhexylglycerin — multifunctional humectants that carry the antimicrobial protection.
- Glycereth-25 PCA Isostearate — solubiliser and emollient that keeps the formula clear and evenly soaked into the pad.
- Hydroxyethylcellulose — plant-derived thickener giving the essence its slight slip.
- Disodium EDTA — chelating agent that stabilises the formula against trace metals in water.
Precautions
For external facial use; avoid the eye area and rinse with water on contact. There are no exfoliating acids, retinoids or vitamin C in this formula, so it causes no additional sun sensitivity — but the cooling agent can feel sharp on skin that is already broken, sunburned or freshly shaved, so avoid those areas. Do not reuse a pad, and do not return a used pad to the jar. Because the pads sit in an open jar, hygiene matters: use the spatula, close the inner lid every time, and keep the jar out of direct sunlight and away from heat, which dries out the remaining pads and shortens their in-use life — worth flagging to retail partners in hot markets. This formula contains sunflower seed oil, so customers with a known sunflower or seed allergy should avoid it. Patch-test first and discontinue if stinging, redness or itching occurs.
