At Byutti, we take pride in delivering authentic Korean beauty at fair prices.
If something goes wrong with your order, please review the policy below.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.

  • Send your order number, invoice copy, photos of the damaged items, and if possible, a photo of the parcel box.

  • Refunds are processed according to the degree of damage and Byutti’s internal policy.

  • Replacements are not available. Refund only.

Missing items

If an item is missing from your package:

  • Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, invoice copy, a photo of all items received, and if possible, a photo of the parcel box.

  • Refunds cannot be issued without the invoice copy.

  • Replacements are not available. Refund only.

Returns

  • Requests must be made within 7 business days from delivery.

  • Email team@byutti.com to request a return form.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns sent without approval will be rejected.

Not eligible for return/refund:

  • Requests made after 7 business days

  • Used or intentionally damaged items

  • Items returned without approval or after a denied request

Return shipping

  • All approved returns must be shipped back to our office.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

  • Byutti is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a reliable courier with tracking.

Refund process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

 

  1. Original Payment Method

    • Refund issued back to your payment account (PayPal, card, etc.)

    • Processing takes 2–14 business days depending on your provider

Important notes:

  • For returns due to customer change of mind, shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

  • Orders with free shipping will still have actual shipping costs deducted.

  • Refunds for orders paid with points will be returned as points only.

  • If shipping fees exceed the refund amount, customers must cover the difference via PayPal.

Product responsibility

  • Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity issues.

  • Please check product ingredients carefully before purchase.

Final note

All returns and refunds are reviewed case by case. Byutti reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet policy requirements.
