When to Use

Use after eyebrow pencil, eyeliner or other detailed eye makeup has been completed. It is useful in humid conditions, for oily makeup areas or whenever Korean makeup needs additional smudge resistance.

How to Use

Wipe excess liquid against the container opening. Brush a very thin layer over fully applied makeup without rubbing, keeping away from the waterline. Allow the transparent coat to dry completely before touching the area.
