Etude GlowOnBase 02 Oil Volume is a 30ml oil-based makeup primer that doubles as a strobing cream and highlighter, distinct from the water-based GlowOnBase Hydra. Its formula suspends fine gold-toned shimmer in a nourishing oil-and-humectant base, designed to build soft, cubic-looking volume on the T-zone, nose bridge and chin while smoothing the look of pores and fine lines.
