At BYUTTI.COM, we are committed to providing high-quality Korean beauty products and an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returning items purchased from BYUTTI.COM.

This policy applies to all retail customers worldwide unless otherwise specified by local regulations.

1. General Return Conditions

1.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
1.2. Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items are eligible for return.
1.3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all seals, labels, stickers, and accessories.
1.4. Products that have been opened, tested, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
1.5. Items that are damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Skincare items with broken seals

  • Sheet masks, samples, or single-use items

  • Clearance and final-sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional credit

  • Items damaged due to heat, humidity, or improper storage after delivery

  • Items received as part of a free gift or promotion

Due to global hygiene and cosmetic regulations, BYUTTI.COM strictly prohibits return of used beauty products.

3. Wrong Item, Damaged Item, or Missing Products

3.1. If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or missing item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2. You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item(s) received

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended to support claims)

  • Photo of the shipping label

3.3. BYUTTI.COM will replace the item or issue store credit after verification.
3.4. Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

4. Return Approval Required

4.1. Returns must be approved in advance by our Support Team.
4.2. Customers must contact us at:
support@byutti.com
with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging

4.3. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and may be refused by our warehouse.

5. Return Shipping

5.1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged item received

  • BYUTTI.COM fulfillment error

5.2. BYUTTI.COM is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
5.3. We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

6. Refund Method

6.1. Approved refunds are issued exclusively in BYUTTI Store Credit, unless required by local law.
6.2. Store Credit:

  • Will be applied to the customer’s BYUTTI account

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

  • Cannot be converted to cash

  • Can be used on any future BYUTTI.COM purchase

6.3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1. Orders can be canceled only before the order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” status.
7.2. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
7.3. Refusing delivery will be treated as a return and subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Inspection requirements

  • Deduction of shipping expenses from the refund

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

8.1. Customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges imposed by your country are non-refundable unless covered under the BYUTTI Customs Protection Policy.
8.2. If the package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

10. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

BYUTTI.COM reserves the right to decline returns or restrict future orders if a customer shows patterns of:
